If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use, used or opened products can not be returned

How to initiate a return?

1. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
2. We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date.

Is it free?

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Beautyque NYC will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. 

What is refundable? Products purchased in the last 30 days. 

We ACCEPT returns for: 

• Most products in these categories: Skincare & more, Make up,  Tools & devices, Intimate care & Sexuall wellness within 30 days of purchase. Once the item arrives here, we'll inspect it and issue you a full refund + taxes
• All LELO Products are FINAL SALE

What is non refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
• We DO NOT accept returns for: sale items, edible Beauty & Nutrition &  fragrances.
• ALL Fragrance  are FINAL SALE. 
• All LELO Products are FINAL SALE
• For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE: ALL face and body tools, including- cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, makeup brushes, mask brushes, face cloths, dry brushes, face rollers, menstrual cups, water bottles, pill cases, and towels. 

How long does it take to receive your refund?

Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund to be issued upon receipt by our returns department.
